Struggling with manopause, chronic pain, weight gain, burnout, and exhaustion, she discovered that true healing required more than doctor visits and diets—it required transforming her entire environment and lifestyle. Redesigning her home, reorganizing her daily systems, and rebuilding her relationship with food and self-care, she lost 25 pounds in three months and reclaimed her energy, clarity, and joy.
